Energy efficiency monitoring, diagnosis, energy-saving strategy calculation and execution, equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis, smart operation and maintenance, remote control, unattended operation, and other functions, providing customers with "full-process efficiency and full-process worry-free" service.
Supply/Exhaust Air Energy Efficiency Control Cabinet
■ Integrated power and low-current design eliminates the need for customers to separately configure "ventilation fan distribution cabinets (boxes)" or "ventilation fan control cabinets (boxes)."
■ Available in "master control" and "slave control" types. The master control box includes a programmable controller, while the slave control box has no controller but is equipped with relay modules to communicate with the master control box, enabling the master controller to manage all networked supply/exhaust fans.
■ Each ventilation energy efficiency control cabinet integrates the power distribution and control of supply and exhaust fans.
■ For individual fans with power <5.5kW, frequency conversion control is not used; the energy efficiency control cabinet enables start/stop control.
■ For individual fans with power ≥5.5kW, frequency conversion control is adopted, and frequency converters are configured.
■ Selection is based on the number and power of supply/exhaust fans.
■ Multiple control modes: remote, local, automatic, manual, etc.
■ Enables start/stop control and frequency adjustment of supply/exhaust fans, as well as on/off control of air dampers.
■ For areas like underground garages where CO concentration may exceed standards, CO concentration sensors are added to precisely control supply and exhaust air volumes based on CO2 and CO levels.
■ Monitors the power consumption of supply/exhaust fans and generates energy efficiency reports on air supply volume, exhaust volume, and power consumption.
■ Fault alarm and protection functions: Provides relevant fault detection and protection, with audible and visual alarms, and historical records of fault alerts.
■ Parameter setting function: Requires an upper computer to set and optimize control values for CO2 and CO concentrations in controlled areas.
